Our Process

Sanding, grinding and surface preparation

We begin by protecting your furniture and areas that should remain untouched during the process.

We then remove old and loose rust, and grind unstable and irregular surfaces, smoothing out hard-to-reach areas.

Once the grinding is complete, the surface is cleaned again to remove any dust or metal particles left behind.

Applying anti-rust primer

To protect the metal surfaces, we apply a premium grade anti-rust primer, providing adequate adhesion and protection from moisture and corrosion.

We apply a coat of primer evenly on bare metal surfaces, including detailed and hard to reach spots.

Painting

We choose a superior grade rust-proof paint specifically for metal surfaces, made for durability and weather resistance. We carefully apply 2 coats across all surfaces, brushing out small, detailed areas.

After the main coats of paint have been applied, we touch-up any areas with imperfections and uneven coverage.
